This week marked an exciting milestone for our team, we completed our first round of testing for When We Come Together in the Lights on Stratford building on the microtile wall. For the first time, we were able to see our TouchDesigner code, visuals, and motion-tracking design come to life on the full installation surface.

Our testing session began by setting up our computer and connecting it to the microtile wall to ensure everything communicated properly. Once connected, we tested how our code mapped across the wall, checking that every visual element aligned with the microtiles. Throughout the session, we worked through bugs, scaling issues, and tracking errors, making real-time fixes to improve the overall interaction.

One of the most rewarding parts of the day was seeing passersby interact with the installation. People stopped, moved around, danced, and created shapes with their bodies, filling the room with excitement. Comments like "Wow, that's really cool!" reminded us just how impactful the experience can be when everything comes together.

If viewers want to explore more photos from our testing day, including guest interactions and behind-the-scene moments, they can visit the Gallery page on ur website.

As we move into the final stretch of the project, our team is fully focused on polishing the code, refining the visuals, and ensuring the motion tracking works seamlessly for our final presentation. This week was a huge step forward, and we're excited to continue building toward the final installation.
