Jasmine Hu
Project Lead
As the Project Lead, Jasmine oversees the team and guides the creative direction of the project. She ensures that the work aligns with the overall theme and adheres to all given guidelines. In addition to leading the team, Jasmine developed the original concept for "When We Come Together", a pitch deck project that was specially nominated and selected as a design to be featured in the Lights Up Stratford Festival.
Sarah Wee
Project Manager
As the Project Manager, Sarah works alongside Jasmine to lead and organize the team. She coordinates meetings, tracks deadlines, manages team finances, and maintains organized documentation to ensure the team stays on track. Sarah is also responsible for communicating with external partners, including the GBDA 412 professor, festival staff, and other collaborators.
Qing Zhen
Media Creation
As the Media Creator, Qing is responsible for all design and visual elements of the project, including both digital and physical materials. Collaborating closely with the Technical Director and the Communications and Marketing Lead, Qing helps establish the project's visual style and overall aesthetic, ensuring a cohesive and engaging presentation.
Angel Zhey Salientes
Communication & Marketing
As the Communications and Marketing Lead, Angel manages all of the project's social media platforms. Her responsibilities include scheduling posts, creating platform-specific content, and monitioring engagement and audience feedback. Angel's main focus is to keep viewers informed about the project's progress, as well as any new updates or upcoming events.
Carolina Basurto
Technical Director
As the Technical Director of the project, Carolina is responsible for programming all prototypes as well as the final version of "When We Come Together". She ensures that every test and interaction runs smoothly, addressing any bugs or technical issues that arise. In addition to managing the digital components, Carolina also oversees the setup and organization of the physical installation, making sure that all elements of the project are implemented effectively and cohesively.
